Exodus 22:22 How God feels about orphans and widows.
God tells His people to not cause suffering to orphans and widows.
He also says what happens to those who do cause suffering. Not pretty.
If those suffering cry out to God...
... God promises to become angry, and cause the oppressors' children to be fatherless and their wives to be widows. Ouch.

Visit with God every day, in prayer and with the Bible.
God cares about orphans and widows, and if you are both, double dose of care. Cry out to God in your distress. Be blessed.
God cares about everyone. If you are neither orphaned nor widowed be blessed, too, in your walk in obedience with God.
